We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master for our iPay Team. iPay provides financial institutions and their customers the ability to make online bill payments. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will guide your team(s) and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices. You will optimize effectiveness and focus on delivering quality. Your contribution will directly tie to an improved time to market our products and the overall success of the organization. You will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the United States but you must be able to support Eastern Time Zone teams.

What you'll be responsible for:
• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum Practices. • Assessing the Agile Maturity of the team and organization, coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable. • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. • Serving as an Agile advisor for the team and organization on the development of iPay products and enhancements. • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
• Must have 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager. • First Level Scrum Master (CSM, PSM 1) certification from Scrum Alliance or or other industry Scrum certifier.

What would be nice for you to have:
• Second-level Scrum Master Certifications are preferred. • Ability to facilitate Agile coaching or training in an IT organization.If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
