Scrum Master

Location(s)Roseville, CA, Reno, NV, Bloomington, MN, Remote

We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master that can work with our product and engineering teams on product feature development. The right candidate will be able to run multiple team sprints in support of product roadmaps.

What You Will Work On

• Report Sprint status on a regular basis to management, project teams, and customers through internal and external status reports
• Facilitate all aspects of the Scrum framework, including sprint planning sessions, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
• Manage projects/programs to meet product expectations
• Maintain the Scrum team capacity plan, Scrum board, sprint backlog, velocity charts and burn down charts
• Identify and help remove impediments to enable the success of the Sprint team
• Proactively handle project risks and issues providing appropriate solutions and escalating when necessary
• Support and partner with the Product Owners and Customer success representatives

Who We are Looking For

• Experience in managing software development projects using Agile/Scrum framework
• Experience working in E-commerce or SaaS platforms a plus
• Experience working in ERP or large scale system integrations a plus
• Experience working in FinTech or PropTech industry a plus
• Very good at communication, able to collaborate and facilitate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to engage in multiple projects at the same time
• Tools: G-Suite, JIRA
• Scrum Master certification
