As an eCommerce Project Manager , you'll keep an innovative delivery team firing on all cylinders. You will work closely with experience designers, product managers, and engineering partners to get high-quality products and features built, tested, and released on time. You'll coordinate many fast-changing, moving parts and get them to come together as a product.

You are responsible for identifying and managing risks, making sound judgments about quality, and stopping (or speeding up) production at the right time. You will play a key role in ensuring that product requirements are captured, managing cross-functional communication and dependencies with other teams, creating, and driving the overall schedule, identifying, and mitigating risk at all stages, and defining the overall rhythm and meeting touch points between teams.

You will be flexible to triage incoming reliability, cosmetic, or human factor issues, drive focus during root cause analyses, and manage schedule and execution for the delivery process.

You have demonstrated strong performance in your prior roles; you thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Establish and manage project timelines; forecast hours, and coordinate with cross-functional partners
  • Work with both internal and external partners to execute project deliverables.
  • Keep your project lead apprised of project scope and/or timeline concerns and provide resolution options to avoid issues with the E2E program schedules.
  • Support the Project Lead in program communications; to ensure all stakeholders are apprised of status, requirements, and potential risks.
  • Work with Design Operations Manager regarding resourcing, timelines, budgets, and troubleshoot and propose solutions for obstacles.
  • Ensure final assets are delivered to approved specifications
  • Track and update project details in Jira
  • Ensure documentation is secured and stored in the appropriate systems (Aha! Or Confluence)
  • Organize and facilitate project team meetings, including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc
  • Focus on continuous improvement; define and implement new processes and workflows as needs arise.
  • Communicate in a timely and effective manner
  • Foster positive and collaborative relationships with cross-functional business partners

  • You will traffic projects from start to finish while keeping the team abreast of upcoming milestones.
  • You will manage the team's workload by working with team members and cross-functional leads to scope project tasks, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines.
  • You can comfortably represent the project team in all cross-functional resourcing meetings. You will ensure briefs are complete before they are briefed groups, ensuring deliverables are clear, and all relevant information is in them before the proposed briefing.
  • You will communicate on behalf of the team as needed and capture notes and output.
  • You will positively represent the team with your go-getter attitude, respect for every team member, understanding of the business, organized mind, knack for executing, and passion for great ideas.

  • Reporting to the Director PMO, supporting the E2E Project Lead, the Experience, Product, and tech teams.
  • Highly organizational, detail-oriented, project management skills and can handle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, e-commerce, and production
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Great affinity for developing relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Ability to quickly shift priorities to meet deadlines based on ever-changing calendars
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects at once and effectively keep projects on track and in scope
  • Proven ability to pivot quickly and prioritize assignments - yours and others'
  • Relentless motivation to optimize internal processes
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to manage competing priorities and provide options for your business partners
  • Displaying strong self-motivation and self-advocacy
