About the Role:
As a member of the Global Product PMO, the Project Manager will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the team members in order to deliver projects according to plan while ensuring consistency with Epicor methodology, strategy, commitments, and goals.
What You'll Do:

• Develops and leads multiple projects based on already established project plans, including scope documents, goal deliverables, communication, and scheduling
• Schedules and reports out project timelines and milestones
• Identifies potential project crises and devises mitigation plans
• Plans, schedules, coordinates, and monitors final approval of products through the full production cycle
• Proactively manages and communicates changes in project scope
• Provides support and coordination efforts to other functions as required
• Establishes effective trust-based relationships with stakeholders from different functions and seniority levels, is able to quickly build credibility and is viewed as the "go-to" person for project related items
• Manages multiple large and complex projects while meeting deadlines, producing high-quality deliverables, and creating high customer satisfaction (internal or external customers)
• Coaches and mentors Project Managers, ensuring consistent and high standards of project management

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• 2+ years of specialized/industry experience
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• Possess a flexible approach to occasional travel and working out of hours
• PMP certification preferred
• Jira, Microsoft BI, and Teamwork tooling knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build collaborative relationships
• Mentorship skills
