Lyra Health is looking for an experienced, collaborative, and exceptionally organized Senior Project Manager to join our growing Corporate Marketing team. In this role you will balance and manage high-priority, high-visibility design projects with meticulous attention to detail—while always keeping the big picture of how each project fits into Lyra’s overall mission and strategy in mind.

This Senior Project Manager will ensure the smooth running of all work flowing through the Corporate Marketing team, including Design, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Content. This person will build relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders to understand cross-functional marketing team needs and priorities, clarify objectives, clearly communicate project plans, and champion marketing efficacy.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the details, thinks multiple steps ahead, is known for being a successful problem solver, fosters a collaborative team environment, and will set the tone for delivering excellence to partners throughout Lyra.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the bridge, connector, and go-to person for marketing work requests from all parties across multiple projects, design resources, stakeholders, and campaigns.
  • Establish project expectations with stakeholders, drive communications throughout the project development process, outline interdependencies, and clarify project requirements.
  • Build and manage timelines and creative delivery schedules using Asana and Jira.
  • Actively track projects through all stages of development, from briefing to production to final delivery, managing all steps to meet deadlines and adjusting workflow as needed.
  • Move projects forward, ensuring the right resources are allocated to the right projects, while providing visibility into all deliverables, timelines, and issues with frequent status updates to the team and partners.
  • Create organized structures of reviews and approvals. Handle and traffic deliverables to project stakeholders during the review process.
  • Strive for operational excellence by managing agency relationships and engagements that include regular briefings, project and financial updates, and creative reviews.
  • Lead regular status updates to work through logistical, timing, and communication issues that will come up during the lifespan of a project.
  • Lead teams to problem solve and course correct regarding project scope.
  • Seek feedback from partners and team members to constantly improve process and project execution on-time and on-budget.

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in project management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with multiple partners and concurrent projects.
  • Experience using Asana, Jira or similar platforms.
  • Proficient at leveraging technology to track and manage deliverables and timelines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic—can create insights and recommend next steps in a linear course of action.
  • Decisive, but respectful of and adaptive to changing priorities while keeping teams on track.
  • Experience running regular status meetings, creative review sessions, and clearly communicating and assigning next steps.
