About the role:

Shift is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join Shifts’ Operations Programs team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead in overseeing delivery of new projects and initiatives, from start to finish, by collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization. In addition you will drive process improvement and change management activities across Shift’s Operations, teams, including Field, Sales, Repair and Customer Support. You will be responsible for ensuring tasks are being met, and to ensure projects are delivered on time. 

What you'll do:

• Partner closely with stakeholders across Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Finance et al to deliver high-visibility, business critical  projects and initiatives 
• Manage project tasks, milestones, and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle to key stakeholders and leaders.
• Identify and lead cross-functional standardization and process improvement initiatives within Operations
• Mentor other members of the team in effective project management techniques and best practices
• Develop/refine project playbooks and standard operating procedures to support day-to-day operations

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years experience as a Project or Program Manager 
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven success in delivering projects of various size and scope, on time
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office products

Nice to have:

• PMP certification
• Six Sigma certification
• Experience driving process improvement with technology
• E-commerce experience is a plus!
