Overview:
Our Healthcare Solutions Project Manager is responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Dragon Ambient eXperience projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals resulting in high customer satisfaction & system utilization.
Responsibilities:

  • Accountable and responsible for overall project success from start to finish.
  • Manage the relationships with client and partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Work closely with internal teams to review, analyze, understand, and define project requirements: Scope, Risks, and Schedule Milestones.
  • Represent Nuance and conduct business with a high level of Professionalism, Competencies and Ethics.
  • Proactively manage risks and resolve issues to minimize crisis and escalations.
  • Learn and comply with all internal Project Management Methodologies, Policies and Procedures.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions on internal process improvements.
  • Lead and manage process improvement projects as needed.


Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related technical field.
Years of work experience: 3+ years
Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer facing skills exhibiting good listening and comprehension.
  • Demonstrate competencies in planning & managing a Project's Scope, Schedule, Cost, Resources, Quality & Risks
  • Effectively keeps other adequately informed by presenting information to clients, management, and/or executives using the appropriate communication methods.
  • Understands the client's requirements and sets and manages client's expectations.
  • Displays an aptitude for learning new processes & tools.
  • Proficiency with MS-Project and MS-Office.
  • Must have strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to build, lead, develop, coach, and motivate a project team.
  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision and multiple projects in parallel.
  • Self-starter with high energy to meet the needs of a demanding business.
