The Program Manager on the Project Delivery team in Service Delivery Operations is responsible for managing both internal and cross-functional programs for all teams in the Service Delivery department. This individual will also create and promote standards to streamline how Service Delivery teams operate to increase efficiency.
The ideal candidate has experience across multiple disciplines, including software application development or IT, and is committed to applying innovation to continuously improve the current state.
Your Role in Action

  • Manage programs that cut across multiple Service Delivery teams and/or external departments
  • Guide all Service Delivery teams on improvements to existing processes to increase productivity and reduce manual effort
  • Develop and level-up standards for how Service Delivery teams operate
  • Champion and standardize project management across the department
  • Create and maintain project artifacts, such as project charters, JIRA tickets, project home page, etc.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and risks
  • Proactively and strategically communicate project progress to stakeholders, including upper management
  • Ensure projects are aligned to Service Delivery imperatives
  • Identify and track clear business outcomes and success criteria
  • Own the IT roadmap for Service Delivery
  • Train new project managers in Service Delivery


Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree
  • 4-6 years of experience managing programs
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience with automating processes
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal guidance and oversight
  • Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated use of data to solve business problems
  • Ability to drive cross-functional teams to work together toward common goals
  • Ability to develop efficient processes and standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and adapt effectively to different audiences
