Senior Project Manager - Product Lifecycle
In a nutshell
We're overhauling the product lifecycle process for a leading, enterprise-level technology firm. You'll be working with product managers and leadership to create a detailed playbook of product vision, research best practices, kick off coaching, workshops, and refresher training.
As Senior Project Manager, you'll support consultants to ensure quality delivery execution and foster professional growth. Leading teams of 2-15 people, both locally and virtually, you'll build and execute strategies in areas as diverse as product development, cost management, organizational transformation, and more.

About you
- You have experience in structured professional services organizations
- You're gifted with an entrepreneurial flair
- You have experience delivering projects and solving problems within midsize-to-large organizations, utilizing disparate tools and methodologies
- You have a solid track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and processes for clients
- You have a broad delivery capability that may span strategy, technology, and/or business
- You enjoy motivating and training diverse teams
- You embrace the product lifecycle process and enjoy creating detailed maps, defining personas, rendering mock-ups, and identifying KPIs
- You're a natural leader, able to navigate challenging group dynamics with consensus-building skills
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience at a leading, enterprise-level consulting firm
- Proficiency in MS Project and various PM tools (such as Jira or VSO)
- Undergraduate degree in technology or business
We'd also be super-impressed if you have
- Scrum Master, PMP, or SAFe Certification
