Job Summary
The ePMO resides within the Enterprise Business Improvement (EBI) organization. The OneAmerica ePMO is versatile, diligent and transparent in the execution of initiatives. Responsible for leading medium to large programs across the enterprise. The Senior Program Manager reports to a Director of the ePMO.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accountable for providing end-to-end project management services for medium to large programs, including Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Accountable for consistent delivery of expected business value by overseeing the execution and planning for programs and/or projects
- Accountable to ensure issues and risks are identified, mitigated and communicated appropriately for programs and/or projects
- Accountable for financial management for programs and/or projects
- Accountable for developing and implementing a communication strategy for programs and/or projects that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions
- Accountable for developing and implementing a governance strategy for programs and/or projects that ensures the right people are reviewing the appropriate facets of the programs and/or projects
- Serve as an enterprise conduit that supports strategic, transformational and tactical initiatives aligned to the EBI strategy and roadmap
- Be a champion of continuous change to instill and propagate a culture of continuous improvement throughout OneAmerica
- Actively inspire and promote associate engagement and development
- Empower peers by continuously defining and expanding green zones
Job Requirements
Required Education and/or Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree
Recommended Education and/or Certifications
- Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt)
Required Work Experience
- 5+ Years relevant experience leading variety of projects, including OCM and preferred Cloud Migration experience
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band: 06C

This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.
