The Customer Trust and Reliability and E2E Communications Products team is looking for a thoughtful, analytical, independent thinker to own and drive new approaches and solutions to support the evolution of the Communications Hub. As a Product Manager, you will interface with several teams to drive execution of core priorities that impact critical customers, with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction with Microsoft's Cloud Offerings .Responsibilities

• Deliver key experiences in Service Health roadmap, working with a breadth of horizontal teams that measure and drive Azure fundamentals (Compliance, Security, Availability, Reliability and more), work hand-in-hand with design, engineering, and Service teams to deliver supreme experiences
• Listen to customers (internal and external) to understand their scenarios and challenges
• Develop a product roadmap and strategy
• Engage with partner teams across Azure and Microsoft to drive alignment on dependencies
• Define and measure the success of the product through relevant metrics and KPIs
• Work with UX designers and researchers to deliver world-class user experiences
• Create an end-to-end UX and functional specifications with visual and written designs
• Partner with engineering to deliver positive impact and amazing products
• Be a mentor to other Program Managers in our team

QualificationsRequired qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of program or product management experience where your primary responsibilities involved the design of software features working closely with an engineering team

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to translate customer requirements and scenarios into features, including writing software specifications with user experiences.
• Experience using data to drive prioritization and measure progress
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience expressing designs visually and partnering with UX designers to deliver delightful user experiences.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with building services on Azure or other cloud services
• Experience with data analytics and related technologies, including Kusto (Azure Data Explorer), SQL, ETL technologies, machine learning (ML), and PowerBI.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity while partnering across organizations
• Demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain
