Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate or support strategy, and operations.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and strategic initiatives.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the intersection of product and operations (consumer-facing products), driving creative solutions, and effectively informing the roadmap of cross-functional teams (e.g., experience discussing the development of product features with Product teams).
  • Experience in leading operational and strategic initiatives, managing stakeholders, and running multiple projects or work-streams simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapid paced environment on multiple projects in a large company atmosphere.
  • Outstanding organizational and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences.

We provide dedicated and scaled support, strategic go-to-market plan development, partnership resources, product and policy insights based on user feedback, and scaled partnership management to ensure that all users can thrive within the YouTube ecosystem. We ensure products get to market, support users when they need help and capture user feedback to drive product excellence and market fit.

Go-to-Market and Support Solutions Operations is a high-impact team that is responsible for accelerating progress towards our most ambitious goals. We drive programs that empower operational and support readiness, drive effective Go-to-Market planning for YouTube. In addition we drive key strategic initiatives that delight users and reduce costs, and business management processes, such as annual planning, business reviews, and executing reporting. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level organizational priorities with operational excellence at our core.

YouTube/Video Global Solutions is the link between Google video products and sales. Our mission is to fuel innovation that keeps YouTube and Video free and accessible to the world. We do this by translating global market needs into meaningful product solutions that drive business results for content partners and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Help drive program strategy and execution for emerging programs, compliance, and requirements to service segments of YouTube users in innovative ways, while preserving the YouTube brand and experience, including establishing clear product escalation paths, implementing issue resolution protocol, and landing all new product compliance requirements and process changes for these segments.
  • Partner closely with the YouTube Risk and Compliance team, Legal, Go-to-Market and Support Solutions, Global Scaled Operations, Business Technology, and gTech to deliver on tight timelines.
  • Collaborate across GSS to help land process changes and provide a central point of view on key elements related to reporting, communications, and training.
  • Implement protocols for issue types for expanded user segments, and ensure that bugs and feature requests are routed to the appropriate teams.
