The Coinbase Talent Programs team provides both strategic and operational support to Coinbase’s recruiting team by developing programs that help the company hire top talent in an efficient and thoughtful way. By applying analytical and operational rigor to how we recruit, this team plays a central role in Coinbase’s ability to scale.  

During this period of hypergrowth, we are focused on balancing quality and speed while ensuring our hiring practices identify top talent quickly and effectively. Our Senior Program Manager for International Expansion will focus on scaling and customizing our recruiting operations across the globe.  This role will have high visibility across the entire organization, with an opportunity to shape the future of how the company hires.

What you'll be doing:

As a Senior Talent Program Manager, you will play a key operational role in Coinbase’s growth.  You will do this by:

  • Partnering with leadership to build our global recruiting and expansion strategy
  • Working closely with our recruiting managers to customize and scale our recruiting processes in new geographies
  • Managing new and existing relationships with vendors, agencies and RPO’s
  • Measuring the effectiveness and performance of our staffing partners
  • Using data to guide and inform our current and future recruiting strategies; reporting these findings to leadership 

The Talent Programs Team works primarily in Jira, Looker, Greenhouse, Workday, and Google Suite.

  • A passion for scoping, building, executing and iterating on programs that drive recruiting efficiency and results
  • An insatiable curiosity for finding problems, analyzing data, and recommending solutions
  • Experience presenting to leadership, crafting a narrative and driving behavior change
  • A collaborative attitude and desire to work on ever-changing priorities and problems
