WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Program Director for our Houston, TX office. The Engineer will lead the duties and responsibilities described below and be part of the management team for the group.

Your Impact

• Manage and grow well maintenance group.
• Identify and train fuure manager for well maintenance group.
• Work with National Business Line leaders to develop projects
• Provide high level oversight and advisory on major projects.
• Provide mentoring and coaching on project execution, leadership and safety to Texas Energy team members
• Develop relationships and/or expand relationships with key clients (e.g. Boardwalk, Enbridge, TC Energy, Williams, DCP, Crestwood, Dow, Energy Transfer, etc.)
• Lead or participate in cross business line check ins for certain key clients
• Assist in the cross selling of work with E&E and other groups for existing clients
• Support existing Texas Energy business lines including Renewables projects
• IOccasional travel within the US and Canada for client meetings and project support.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering from an accredited university
• Project and program management experience
• Previously held director or equivalent position

Preferred Qualifications

• Midstream experience
• Experience in salt cavern engineering
• Oil and gas, LNG and petro-chem facility experience
