Senior Partner Enablement Program Manager
As a Sr. Partner Enablement Program Manager, you will be the backbone of ActionIQ learning programs and contribute to accelerate knowledge sharing across all our partner ecosystems. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Partners & Alliances, Product Management, Product Marketing and Services to develop and launch effective programs.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, communicative and has previous experience coordinating and delivering enablement programs from ideation to execution. You will help improve existing enablement programs, build additional ones, select and deploy an online platform to scale enablement.
About the Team: Product Marketing at ActionIQ plays a critical role in our efforts to educate the market on the value of our solution, foster deep customer relationships and generate new business opportunities. While reporting to Product Marketing, this role will be tightly connected to the Partner & Alliances team who is the primary audience of these enablement efforts. As a member of the team, you’ll join a fast-paced, results-driven group that is passionate about taking our company to the next level of growth.
One year from now you will have:
- Developed subject-matter expertise and defined new enablement programs from learning objectives definition to execution
- Worked cross-functionally with multiple teams and subject matter experts in the organization building a strong knowledge of our product and market
- Deployed an online enablement platform to scale the execution of ActionIQ enablement programs
- Charted your individual growth plan to continue growing your career at ActionIQ and share with the product, marketing and partner executives
- Owned partner enablement strategy, being a key player to grow and scale ActionIQ
- Found solutions to easily repurpose partner enablements to other parts of the organization, including ActionIQ employees
Responsibilities:
- Program and project management: define, track and execute against a project plan for multiple enablement programs, including definition and execution of these programs
- Curriculum: create courses to be part of identified learning paths
- Content creation: facilitate cross-team collaboration, partnering with subject matter experts to develop effective and engaging content within each enablement course
- Evaluation: Collect feedback and identify improvement opportunities of existing enablement programs
- Certification: develop a certification solution to recognize expertise built from the programs
- Self-service enablement: Lead the selection and deployment of a self-service enablement platform to scale our learning programs
Requirements
- 5-7 years professional experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role or in an enablement / training related function
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising or data technology is a plus
- Passion for sharing knowledge to diverse audiences from beginners to subject matter experts
- Ability to take raw knowledge and structure it to create a great learning experience
- Hands-on experience creating a range of enablement material, including presentation content and videos
- Creativity, curiosity and the ability to learn and iterate while focusing on outcomes for both ActionIQ and the learners
- Previous experience deploying or using an online enablement platform is a plus
