Job Description
This position sits in the Group Medicare sales organization, within the B2B marketing team. This role supports and drives initiatives that support the development of our Value Story, and position our company, our programs and our products in a differentiating, compelling way to prospects and existing plan sponsors. This role will ensure that our proof points and story assets are well organized and accessible, and will support the design and execution of training resources and plans, process documentation, and online libraries and tools. This role will interact frequently across multiple areas of the business, and work in a highly collaborative way to ensure that deliverables and due dates are met, according to the business objectives specified for each project.
Job duties for this role include:
Supports the business by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs.
Has responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of a project and or program such as planning, coordination, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources and time.
Oversees the implementation of information strategy and development of information products to ensure operational objectives and other strategic business initiatives are met.
Responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring day-to-day project activities runs smoothly.
Project and Product Management accountabilities: project oversight including initiation, identification and completion of key deliverables to ensure all business objectives are met.
Develops tactical plans to satisfy internal program information needs and is responsible for the success of the project(s).
Manages the overall delivery of information and transaction products and activities by ensuring the project team uses consistent definitions and methodologies where appropriate.
Responsible for managing, directing and planning one complex or multiple less complex projects.
Works with advisers from key functional areas to understand potential project impact on the organization, align project work, and execute activities accordingly
Presents to internal/external customers, constituents and business partners, strong business as well as systems knowledge and can perform reasonability checks.
Oversees the analysis, planning, design and development being performed by project teams to support accurate maintenance of support systems for business areas.
Influences change or enhancements to business processes, policies and system infrastructure to improve information quality, availability and access.
Develops and participates in presentation and consultation to existing and prospective customers, business partners and internal business areas on information services, capabilities and performance results.
Negotiates resources in peer organizations to meet high priority department objectives.
Proactively evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective action, and monitors issue resolution to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances.
Manages budget, plans and expenses.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of project and/or program management experience
PowerPoint and communicating information via slide decks

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years' experience in managing high volume transaction processing, financial management, project delivery, production, systems analysis and application program development.
Marketing/communications experience is a plus
Experience managing vendors and budgets a plus
Project management and team lead experience.
Education
Project management certification preferred.
BS or equivalent degree preferred.
