The opportunity

Unity Technologies is looking for a Senior Manager with excellent interpersonal alignment skills and a strong execution focus to manage a team at Unity Operate Solutions.

In Operate Solutions we empower creators to transform their real-time 3D (RT3D) content from concept stage into successful running games and businesses.

In this role you and your team will be accountable for the successful deployment and operation of our core product services as they grow and develop!

What you’ll be doing

• Planning, coordinating and driving product support processes, including infrastructure and inbound requests for product as well as new service and feature launches
• Identifying and developing playbooks and implementing standards to ensure consistency across core product features
• Establishing strong process feedback loops by maintaining a common channel for inbound requests from sales and customer support teams
• Program managing cross-functional initiatives to achieve operational excellence
• Defining and then measuring operational performance along with resource and cost optimization

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in balancing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• A leader who can collaborate closely with management and internal clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives that align with organizational goals
• An expert coordinator who can analyze and report on project progress and, when vital, work with stakeholders to adapt scope, timelines, and costs to achieve maximum benefit
• A manager who can assign roles and tasks to dedicated team members, based on individual strengths and abilities
• A collaborator who works closely with new product implementation, product governance teams and regional offices around the world to plan the entire project lifecycle

You might also have

• Experience in high growth software companies, the games industry or management consulting
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certified
• A passion for games!
