Title: Sr. Manager, Program Management

A successful candidate will have experience managing teams, developing leaders, exceptional organizational skills, building strong relationships, driving results, and be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. The candidate must also possess strong analytical acumen and be comfortable generating and evaluating various metrics and analyses. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving and managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical. S/he will be proactive, collaborate well across teams, and exercise consistent high-judgment that align with the overall organizational mental model and goals while moving quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop 5-6 technical program/project managers.
  • Know what FinOps means and take automation to heart
  • Generate and set multi-team roadmaps and strategic plans/big ideas to drive customer experience improvements, innovation, and scale across the Digital Banking business.
  • Experience supporting cloud operating models is preferred, meaning, you believe that technical program management means lot more than reporting and creating presentations
  • Ramp in knowledge of various core functions within the business and be capable of acting as a proxy for customer meetings or internal stakeholder meetings.
  • Lead the development of new programs and mechanisms, policies, and communications strategies to address challenges and engage and build trust with key internal stakeholders and NCR customers.
  • Track and report on program progress in weekly review meetings and proactively design solutions to meet emerging trends, issues, and/or requirements.
  • Provide guidance to business teams, leadership, and various organizations to solve unique issues that are cross-functional.
  • Partner with key Operational, Tech, Business, and Product experts across the company to lead, support, and influence the strategy for the program.
  • Write crisp strategy and review documents for a varied audience, including executive leadership and partner teams.



Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of related software product program / project management experience
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies a plus
  • Knowledge of technical product capabilities
  • PMP certification would be ideal
  • Strong proficiency with MS Project
  • Proven ability to work with fixed and urgent deadlines
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management, internal departments, and clients to understand product requirements and communicate product abilities
  • Excellent and proven presentation skills for both onsite and virtual meeting delivery
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to function autonomously and within a team environment
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task on a daily basis
  • Proficiency in determining basic budgets and controlling costs
