Overview
The Senior Integration Program Director (SIPD) is a cross-functional role that manages key early phase integration programs across Fishawack. This role is responsible for leading, planning and communicating the roadmap related to new acquisition integrations. The SIPD collaborates with key leadership on the Steer Co, the new acquisition team, capability ambassadors and key group services departments (HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Ops). The integration team’s objective is to guide and shepherd new acquisition partners into the organization, and to facilitate relationships across the Fishawack, all while minimizing disruption. In this role, the SIPD supports the organization’s strategic priority of expanding our services, capabilities and solutions across the healthcare continuum through strategic acquisitions and organizational integration.
Job Responsibilities
Manage designated programs within the Integration Management Office (IMO):
- Guide and shepherd new acquisition integrations alongside Head of Integration, M&A team, Executive Leadership and Group Services leadership, with a keen focus on fit, FH fluency, team collaboration and cultural connection.
- Build comprehensive and objective-focused integration roadmaps so that functional leaders can create detailed associated program plans
- Support the Head of Integration in collaborative effort to ensure all programs are aligned with the overarching FH vision
- Understand and document the impact of integration efforts on the business and the new acquisition
- Manage and foster the integration support team, as needed
- Support the Head of Integration in establishing relationships with leaders and those with operational responsibility in new acquisitions; providing clarity and guidance throughout the integration process; establishing connections as needed between new acquisitions and Fishawack
- Communicate and build relationships with functional leadership (IT, HR, Compliance, BSG, Finance) to ensure understanding of integration end-state, to identify interdependencies or inefficiencies and foster collaboration and progress within and across departments
- Support understanding of integration activities both internally and within newly acquired teams with clear communications and documentation
- Mobilize and coordinate Integration activity
- Deploy all IMO project methods, standards, and tools
- Equip IMO and Functional Team members with methods, skills, and tools for Integration management
- Monitor and enforce designated functional team member compliance with methods, standards, and tools
- Support Change Management / Communications planning (including cultural integration)
- Produce integration dashboard, documents, slides and other assets for board meetings, Steer Co integration updates, and other collaboration with the wider business.
- Host regular workshops and meetings as needed throughout integration process; Document outcomes and take appropriate actions as required
- Liaise with third-party consulting partners, as required
- Support intersection of IMO with other key strategic initiatives

Internal / External Interactions
- This is an internal role, with no client-facing responsibilities.
A typical month might look like this:
- Daily interaction with integration team (Integration Manager)
- Weekly collaboration with Head of Integration, and group services departmental leaders
- Weekly collaboration with new acquisition
- Bi-weekly interaction and communication with capability leadership
- Monthly interaction with members of the Executive team and Steering Committee
- Travel may be necessary at times
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience | Senior-level experience in operations, project management or other comparable department. This candidate holds a comprehensive understanding of the business, its structure and core capabilities.
