Position details:

The Implementation Manager Senior is responsible for effectively working with key stakeholders within the company and customers while adapting quickly to change business priorities. The IM is responsible for managing, tracking and supporting a variety of projects simultaneously throughout all project phases of implementation. The IM is the key stakeholder responsible for navigating our client's through a successful implementation process. The IM, SR must be able to effectively run and manage all types of implementations, including those of our enterprise clients. Clear, effective communication with C+ suite teams is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely project status updates throughout all project phases
• Identify risk and actively pursue effective risk management strategies for our clients
• Actively manage project resources in terms of project deliverables and timeframes
• Attend, participate in, and facilitate project meetings
• Foster effective and positive business relationships with all parties throughout project phases
• Document workflows and processes and update project status within Salesforce
• Responsible for complete ownership of enterprise client implementation process and working with C-suite executives
• Develop and deliver a project management program encompassing all the details of a project to the team members
• Research and stay abreast of latest strategies, tools and terminologies used in world of project management for easier adoption in current process
• Other duties as assigned

Travel:

• Ability to travel up to 15%

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of five years related experience involving project management, EMR implementation, clinic management or related fields
• Proficient in Windows based applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and Salesforce

Preferred:

• Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
• Experience working in Healthcare or Software Development
