Performance Objectives
Responsible for the successful completion of client expansion projects on time and with high quality.
Works with customers to review existing business processes and metrics. Makes process improvement recommendations based on established best practices.
Consults on items of extremely high complexity.
Ensure milestones are successfully met through the management of project activities, tasks and coordination of resources.
Provide guidance and facilitate communication to stakeholders regarding project status and direction to ensure management of client expectations.
Identifies improvements for client expansion initiatives.
Works independently to manage project timelines and risk. Exercises independent judgment for managing risk, scope, and change control.
Gathers information necessary to make decisions; anticipates, identifies, eliminates and resolves problems in a timely manner; knows and uses available resources.
Works on projects of highest complexity and criticality to OpenInvoice where unique and creative solutions are necessary.
Works with strategic direction from the manager of Client Expansion.
May be a resource for Analyst of Consultant.
Leads and direct activities of the analyst or consultants assigned to the project.
Competitive Candidate Profile
Minimum of 4 - 5 years of project management or consulting experience, managing complex P2P projects.
Advanced understanding of the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash business processes.
Effectively communicates with executive level managers in a project-oriented setting. Proven ability to work effectively with aggressive, demanding clients.
Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse and conflicting activities.
Strong abilities in data analysis with ability to develop and measure KPIs.
Must possess excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in education and experience.
