The Opportunity

This position will create and execute project plans across Forward Flow assignments to ensure overall operational engagement and readiness. This position will coordinate across multiple lines of business and functions such as Auto, Quality, Risk Management, Legal, Compliance L&D and Technology. This role will also interact with existing and potential third-party partners. Responsibilities will include planning, coordination, facilitation and execution against strategic initiatives and business-as-usual changes.

The Work Itself

  • Support Forward Flow team strategy, operations, and servicing activities Manage day-to-day processes including project tracking and monitoring, stakeholder engagement/coordination, communication, and status reporting
  • Manage vendor engagements and interactions
  • Prepare consolidated view of open projects for distribution to stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive and integrated project plans from initiation through execution
  • Identify and coordinate all operational readiness activities in preparation of product or process launches
  • Utilize predefined project tracking templates as well as JIRA and other Microsoft products
  • Collaborate across teams and present project deliverables to all levels of the organization
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all operational readiness tasks and deliverables are accounted for and executed within the expected project timelines
  • Identify and resolve issues in order to mitigate risks; escalate issues/risks when appropriate
  • Participate in project management activities, program development efforts, process enhancement initiatives, and management efforts intended to facilitate achievement of assigned strategic objectives.

The Skills You Bring

  • A minimum of 5 years of formal project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience in project planning and execution
  • Excellent consultative, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills
  • Advanced experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Jira and Microsoft Project or other Project Tracking tool experience preferred
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to collaborate with professionalism; communicate effectively across business levels (both vertically and horizontally)
  • Ability to support multiple assignments and stakeholders, prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to organize work, prioritize and exercise effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal business partners and experience working with multiple external business partners in a collaborative and team-oriented manner
