Job Description
The Senior Analyst partners with IT teams and Business teams on defect remediation and continuous improvement initiatives initiated from standard Incident & Problem Management Process and/or initiated from Lessons Learned/Post Mortems related to critical business periods for the enterprise.
- Collaborates with Incident Management & Problem Management to review, analyze, and provide solutions
- Collaborates with IT Capacity and Modeling Teams to review and identify potential risks to stability or performance
- Collaborates with IT Development Teams and Shared Services Teams to ensure stability and performance of key applications and systems
Required Qualifications
5+ years of IT experience

- Strong Analytics and Triage abilities
- Ability to prioritize one's own work and work delegated to others
- Ability to communicate and influence with colleagues at all levels in the enterprise
-Change and Release Management background
Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
