What you'll achieve

As a Senior Advisor - Engineering Project Management, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services. Working closely with Security, Engineering, and DevSecOps teams, you will manage the entire lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects. From design to delivery.

You will:

  • Collaborate across Engineering teams to define security development priorities of the business
  • Identify and measure KPIs for the DevSecOps development initiative and lead continuous improvement programs across design, implementation, and delivery. Present regular status updates to all stakeholder levels
  • Cultivate Agile mindset by demonstrating and teaching values of the Agile, as well as the technical skills that form part of the underlying principles and methods
  • Ensure project metrics are being tracked, and monitored for indications of potential problem areas and assist teams in identify and implementing solutions to address the problems
  • Promote and advocate continuous improvement culture, setting goals for agility maturity and being accountable for them.

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing and leading software engineering initiatives.
  • Experience establishing and continuously improving software delivery through Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing programs end to end: SDLC, release management, resource planning, and budgets.
  • Experience using software delivery tools such as GitHub, Confluence, Jira, Jenkins, Artifactory, etc.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills. Ability to collaborate and work in a distributed team across multiple time zones. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Desirable Requirements

  • Prior experience working with senior executives and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence senior executives in decisions critical to adoption and implementation of Agile practice
  • Experience with CICD and DevSecOps practices and solutions
  • Experience delivering security solutions
  • PMP Certification (Project Management Professional certification) is a plus
  • Scrum @ Scale experience. Software engineering background a plus
