Position Overview

Our Customer Success Innovation Hub works with our product, marketing, sales, digital experience, and customer success teams to create new ways of delivering success experiences for our customers. In the innovation hub, we tackle big strategic goals by prototyping and developing solutions that we can scale across the business.

In this role, you will be part of the Innovation Hub team reporting to the Innovation Hub Director. You will work closely with a team of stakeholders from Product Management, Software Engineering, and Content Development to create compelling human and digital experiences that help our customers solve their most critical problems. You will lead the agile/scrum practice to lead sprint teams into successful completion of sprints. You will also work with product owners and product managers to facilitate conversations within and outside of the sprint teams. You will also manage the project once the team accepts it until we deliver it to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Be an Agile champion and guide the team in adoption of agile/scrum principles
  • Monitor team activity and guide workload commitments
  • Remove ambiguity by connecting with external teams or individuals so sprint progresses as scheduled
  • Shield the team from external interferences that can jeopardize sprint goals
  • Keep team members engaged, involved and informed
  • Maintain data integrity, completeness and accuracy in team tools for work tracking and reporting
  • Ensure effective and efficient meetings such as stand-ups, sprint planning, release planning and retrospectives
  • Promote collective ownership of story completion and sprint goals
  • Ensure team understands and commits to specific sprint goals and follows through accordingly
  • Provide consistent and periodic project status to senior management
  • Escalate impediments that cannot be resolved by the sprint team
  • Manage projects for the Innovation Hub team, partnering closely with external program and project managers as needed
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings to create project plans, release plans and other artifacts as needed



Minimum Qualifications

  • Highly motivated, self-driven and passionate about delivering great experiences
  • Structured and efficient in planning and coordination of projects and sprints
  • Ability to be the agile leader for the sprint and extended team, focusing on best-practices and principles
  • Mentor sprint teams and external members on agile/scrum principles
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Expertise with various agile and software development tools
  • Demonstrable history of leading various agile/scrum projects for cross-functional and highly matrixed organizations
  • Able to influence and coach senior leadership on continually growing the agile practice



Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
