JOB DUTIES: Drive consistent project delivery through the entire project lifecycle, including project plans, release plans, resource allocation, and management of project risks, scope, schedule, and delivery of value. Lead multiple cross-functional teams to deliver solutions needed. Facilitate Agile Ceremonies such as iteration Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, iteration review, backlog refinement, and release planning. Track and communicate project progress from a schedule and risk perspective to the project team, stakeholders, and senior management.

REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree in Engineering (any field) or related field of study and three (3) years of experience in job offered or related occupation.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:
• Scrum and Kanban Agile Methodology;
• JDEdwards 9.2 ERP;
• Software quality assurance of applications including middle-tier and backend applications;
• Data Validation and Integrity with SQL Plus, Data Browser, SQLite, and MySQL;
• Agile Frameworks such as SAFe, Feature Drive Development, Test Driven Development, and Peer Programming;
• Testing Tools for issue tracking or reporting used include MSFT Team Foundation Server, Pivotal, Bugzilla, Jira;
• Versioning Tools GitHub; and
• Miro Real Time Board, Atlassian Jira and Smartsheet, Project Management.
