A SCRUM Master job opportunity in Cincinnati, OH is currently available through Belcan at one of our regional wholesaler bank clients. To be considered for this role, you will have to have a bachelor"s degree in information technology, computer science, or a relevant field preferred and, at 3 three years" experience as a scrum master and SAFe. They would prefer to have someone with their certification as a CSM and excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.
SCRUM Master Job Responsibilities:
* Usage of agile methodology values, and principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
* Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
* Determine and manage tasks, issues, risk, and actions items
* Plan, organize demos and product/system testing
* Preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders
SCRUM Master Job Requirements:
* Bachelor"s in information technology, computer science, and/or relevant field preferred
* Certified SCRUM Master, SAFe preferred
* 3+ years" experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
* Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
