We are seeking a full-time Scrum Master who is part of a dynamic software engineering team working to develop healthcare products that enhance patient care, safety and caregiver workflow. As a Scrum Master, your contributions to the team will include:
- Lead using Agile methodology and Scrum practices
- Help the product owners and development teams to achieve customer success
- Remove impediments and coach the Scrum teams on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Manage priorities and resolve issues
What we ask of you:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years' experience in related field
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Scrum Master certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of an agile framework. Understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles required
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Experience withAgile and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar) and remote tools (Teams, WebEx, etc.).
