Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary:

Sparksoft is looking for a Scrum Master interested in leading agile practices to work with multiple teams within the organization. The successful candidate will be an initiator who helps develop the teams' processes and removes impediments by utilizing metrics.

Responsibilities for Scrum Master
• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed

Requirements

Requirements of the Senior Scrum Master:
• At least 3 years of experience managing programs and/or highly technical projects Tech stack: AWS , Apache Spark, Data Bricks, Python, React, Docker, AWS
• Experience working with large software systems including hardware integration and test
• Ability to articulate the why behind various Agile practices and tools, and when they may/may not be suitable
• Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, Version One)

Education/Experience Level:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar Agile project management certification (PMI-ACP)
• At least 5 years of experience managing Agile change management with component and/or feature teams
