Job Summary:

Beckman Coulter's Acoustic Liquid Handling business is growing. Working as a Scrum Master with multi-functional project teams you will apply modern methodologies to create world class products and you will develop these products.

Life sciences instrumentation industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach the scrum team in using agile methodology and scrum best practices
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
  • Coach the scrum team on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
  • Build relationships with peers across the business and uses these relationships to drive innovation.
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
  • Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint
  • Support the product owner
  • Identifies potential improvements throughout the development lifecycle

    Qualifications
  • BS in a quantitative field of study like engineering or science
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in life science preferre
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum
  • An understanding of computer science principles (for software products)
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to find and share tools that optimize your work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate software and system design

    Preferred Qualifications
  • MS in a quantitative field of study like engineering or science
  • A current, industry recognized, Scrum Master certification
  • Ability to work with customers to understand their needs and translate them into successful solutions

  • Continuous Integration experience
  • Focus on optimizing time to market while increasing quality


The salary range for this role is 13 0,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for sales incentive pay.
