Description: Our client is currently seeking a Scrum Master

This is a 100% remote role- W2 Candidates ONLY

Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master. SM experience with Fortune 500 would be preferred.
• Apart from professional experience, an ideal candidate should be professionally trained as well. Certified SAFe® Practitioner or SAFe® Scrum Master would be preferred.
• Knowledge of Life Sciences industry and understanding all major processes associated with manufacturing
• Knowledge on Data, Analytics and Modeling is must
• Extensive experience with Agile tools and technologies (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint etc.)
• Knowledge and experience in operating within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Knowledge of DevOps Practice and ADLC (Agile development lifecycle)
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Hands-on experience practicing Scrum/Kanban methodologies at a technology firm and/or with software development teams
• Strong ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
• Experience working directly with site operations and Process engineers
