We are looking for Scrum Master for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.
Job Qualifications:
- 4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related functional field) or other specific discipline with a specialization in Management Information System
- Advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of project management experience
- 6+ years of experience leading projects in enterprise infrastructure.
- Enterprise rollout experience at large scale, retail related a plus.
- PMP Certification preferred or equivalent work experience
- Agile SAFe training / certification
- Working knowledge of Client-Server, Windows 2008 through 2019, Windows Server, Active Directory, Printing, Client Management, VMs, and Mobile Device Management.
- Knowledge of networks (LAN and WAN), DNS, TCIP/IP, and other networking concepts
- Experience with Cloud services and technologies
- Strong proficiency using MS Office Suite, including MS Visio, and MS Project
- Strong proficiency with Agile and can drive delivery through scrums and sprints

- Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them
- Solid executive presence
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget

- Proven leadership skills and excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
- Ability to make important decisions under pressure
- Ability to delegate effectively, Friendly, and approachable
