Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Planning and executing Data and Analytics Engineering projects through agile implementations. Be a liaison with the business and Technical team to identify technical solutions and business process improvements in support of the business and IT strategic direction.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders geographically dispersed to drive Data Analytics roadmap objectives, ensuring scope and approach are understood across Data Analytics and other Business groups
  • Proactively provide technical and process consultancy to stakeholders throughout the full development life cycle
  • Facilitating all scrum ceremonies wherever applicable, like- Spring Planning, Daily Standup's, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
  • Work closely with the Finance / PMO organization to: ensure the alignment of budgets, spend and forecasts. Also, Support budget tracking and variance mitigation efforts for the Data and analytics portfolio
  • Handle Resource Utilization, Capacity Planning and sizing estimations. Experience with Onsite/Offshore model coordinating work with offshore teams
  • Use reporting tools to monitor the progress of the portfolio delivery and ensure timely and effective communication of the status and assessment of risks/issues.
  • Ensures that all delivery projects are meeting the SDLC and compliance regulations/policies as per GBT standards
  • Oversees quality assurance and ensures appropriate levels of end-to-end testing are undertaken
  • Work closely with Technical leads while effectively managing relationships and requirements with business partners across geographies
  • Develop and maintain project performance metrics including the publishing of reports and corrective action summaries
  • Most importantly - Be a team player



Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 5-7 yrs of experience in scrum master or project management role in Software engineering industry
  • Prior Agile environment experience is must
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Expert in MS Office suite specifically Excel
  • Prior knowledge with JIRA, Confluence and other Atlassian tools is preferred
  • Any experience managing or has Data Warehouse, Analytics, Business Intelligence knowledge would be a plus
  • Any experience managing cloud projects is a plus
