Job Description:

Are you looking to make great use of your Agile experience while leading multiple CNO development teams? If you're hungry to support an amazing mission, gain high customer visibility, and leverage your skills to make a difference, we have the perfect position for you to help start a new stage of your career at Parsons, to support a recently awarded 5 year contract!

As Scrum master, you will have the opportunity to coach the teams in Scrum and Agile principles, implement Agile processes on the project, and ensure adherence. You'll help remove blockers and facilitate horizontal and vertical communication amongst the customer and contractor teams. The Scrum master is a project leader, advocating for teamwork to accomplish sprint goals and fostering continuous improvement via retrospectives and ongoing team feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technical, including CNO, experience with BS in Computer Science or related degree (or 3 years' technical experience + a Master's)
  • Agile/Scrum Master certification
  • TS/SCI clearance (with polygraph)

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph

Salary Range:

$98,800.00 - $172,900.00
