Responsibilities-
Onshore Scrum Master 1 for the Masterminds system agile team. The role will perform all Scrum Master responsibilities, managing Kanban board, team coaching in agile methodology and JIRA, manage all agile ceremonies and lead PI Planning activities. This role also requires in-depth knowledge of testing processes, resource may need to assist onshore leads with testing support, removal of impediments for testing completion, assisting on defect triage efforts for defect management, team status reporting JIRA and ALM.
Required Skills
2+ years of work experience as a Scrum Master / Agile team
4+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance role
Well versed with AGILE methodology/JIRA
Experience with manual/functional testing tools and technologies
Experience with defect management, analysis and technical triages
Experience with Test Planning, Story creation, validation acceptance criteria and Test Script Creation
Desired Skills
Scrum Master certification is a plus
Credit card industry experience is a plus
Provide expertise in agile methodology, JIRA tools, Kanban board, Confluence, story acceptance criteria per guidelines
Good communication skill, ability to learn quickly and flexibility
Ability to maintain focus under project / release pressures
