Your Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master for Collaboration Services in I&O located in Moline, IL, you will be responsible for the following:
- Teaching and enforcing the values and principles of Agile, while promoting self-organization and constantly improving our standards of work.
- Identify, track, remove, or escalates impediments to enable team success toward the sprint commitments.
- Tracks metrics (inputs, outputs, and outcomes) for team; monitors on an ongoing basis to identify how they can continue to improve on and recognize additional efficiencies as they mature.
- Assists with resource allocation and effective capacity planning for team to determine what team can take on in any given sprint.
- Works with product owner, engineering manager, and team to re-balance and re- prioritize work within a sprint.
- Understand business strategy, objectives and technology to ensure development work is prioritized by business value, work is aligned with objectives and help the team overcome development roadblocks.

- Possesses familiarity with multiple technologies, development methods and systems, and a basic understanding of programming languages
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Degree in Engineering/Technology discipline
