This Enterprise Integration Practice at Simplot is responsible for creating integration solutions to support our company's dynamic global needs. Each team member will contribute to building solutions by utilizing the vast array of Azure products to support our business objectives. Accompanying this journey is a transformation in the development methodology, where adoption of the agile lifecycle and the associated principles is critical to delivering a continuous solution set to stakeholders. Simplot is currently looking for innovative and driven SAP Agile Scrum Masters to join the existing team and contribute to all future business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily stand-up meetings with a few small agile development teams in a quest to rapidly deploy new solutions on the new integration platform.
  • Curate the backlog and prioritization of work items and determine a feasible amount to be assigned to the appropriate sprint cycles.
  • Manage a LEAN framework for documenting the relationship between business processes and functional specifications for the integration platform that facilitate a collaborative approach amongst all team members, and stakeholders.
  • Utilize agile methodologies for continuous delivery of solutions. Rapid deployment and validation of solutions components is a must. This role will facilitate a process of continuous education based on the agile approach to all new and existing team members.
  • Collaborate with established Project and Program Management resources on a consistent basis assuring that information and updates are readily shared at the broader level, and that any Program or Project level changes are disseminated in an expedient manner to all project resources.
  • Prepare established team metrics on a continuous basis that also adhere to an established set of LEAN principles for data capture and reporting. Examples of such metrics are team and individual velocity, rework rate, and planned to done ratio.
  • Prepare regular updates to the Project Management and Program Leadership which also adhere to an established set of LEAN principles for data capture and reporting.

Typical Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

  • 4+ Years of proven experience as a Project Manager which should include most of the scope to be focused on large scale IT Projects.
  • Proven experience in the utilization of the various Agile development methodologies and a thorough understanding of the proper application is required.
  • Sustained utilization of several advanced toolsets for managing the agile projects is required. These toolsets include functionality that encompasses business requirements documentation, business process modeling, and test case development.
  • Ability to apply the principles of a LEAN framework that is fully adopted by all team members and sustained as part of the program culture is required.
  • Sustained experience with a technology and/or development background from a project management perspective is required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
