Sales Program Manager 

The GTM Productivity & Execution team is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales & CS organization. We partner closely with those groups, along with Marketing, Finance and IT to drive strategic initiatives. This role will be a key partner to drive net new logo & expansion in our target markets. You will create focus through effective project management on initiatives account targeting, outbound prospecting, plays to drive opportunities and improving rep productivity.

Your Work: 

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Customer Success to target accounts & strategic personas to drive net new logos/use cases & revenue

  • Drive requirements for system & tools improvements with Ops & IT partners to support processes that drive inbound/outbound selling 

  • Identify gaps in existing processes and scope/design new workflows to address priority areas where appropriate

  • Marshaling the cross functional team to drive timelines and deliverables on projects such as Account Selection, Territory Planning, QBRs, etc.

  • Support Sales Leaders with the manager operating rhythm and associated processes

  • Manage content to support processes & workflows (includes Highspot pages, Outreach sequences, etc.)

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience driving programs in Sales, Sales Enablement or Marketing preferably in a B2B environment 

  • Experienced Project Manager, detail-oriented person who can deliver when working on tight deadlines 

  • Experience working on content creation for Sales Plays/Playbooks, enablement content and program development 

  • Tech savvy, ability to learn new tools and systems quickly

  • Experience with Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesforce a plus

  • Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks in a time-conscious manner 

  • Bachelor's degree required
