Sales Enablement Project Manager

The sales enablement team provides the sales team with the resources, processes, and content to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team and broader enablement team, the sales enablement project manager will lead implementation and operation of sales enablement systems and play a key role in developing the strategy for 'knowledge management' across our systems and processes. The sales enablement project manager will also develop and deliver training and job aides, as needed, and work with marketing and the sales team to create sales collateral. The successful candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement program
  • Own end-to-end project management of key sales enablement initiatives
  • Manage the use of sales enablement systems supporting lead generation and content management
  • Document requirements and define workflows
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Develop our internal knowledge base of information
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments of enablement needs and gather feedback on current program stack to provide recommendations back to the team


Desired Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager or coordinator
  • PMP certification (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability working independently in a fast-paced environment, making sound judgments with limited oversight
  • Comfort managing and prioritizing competing deadlines, and tracking multiple projects
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Makes sense of complex information to effectively solve problems
  • Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Positive and proactive team player
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Experience with developing written content for variety of purposes, including project communication, process documentation, and informational/sales content
  • Experience (or interest) in sales or account management
  • Familiarity with graphic design or instructional design, a plus!
