The Sales Enablement Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales Enablement and is responsible for supporting the development, delivery and management of strategic sales enablement programs and initiatives to support the success of our Sales team.  


Key Responsibilities  

  • Support the coordination, enhancements and management of our global sales onboarding program.
  • Lead the administration and communications for our global sales enablement programs. 
  • Collaborate with SME’s to develop new sales enablement content and programs.
  • Create new learning content leveraging the latest tools & technologies for digital and virtual delivery.  
  • Work closely with our Channel Enablement Lead to ensure Partners stay aligned with our internal GTM enablement programs.
  • Keep sales learning and enablement content up to date.
  • Measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • Experience managing enterprise sales enablement & learning programs and content. 
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales and channel.
  • Data driven approach to building enablement programs.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Experience with learning management platforms and enablement tools with a passion for technology.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage and prioritize high workloads
  • Customer first mentality and focus on user experience. 
  • Experience in a quota carrying Sales Role a plus 
  • A strong team player with a "greater good" mentality that is willing to assist on projects outside of their core responsibilities.
  • Highly collaborative, ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and channel teams.
  • Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects independently.
