The Opportunity:
Build and drive sales excellence across the revenue organization to meet our 2022 vision & goals to be a billion dollar company selling to the tech buyer. This opportunity is to drive the onboarding (bootcamp) & methodology disciplines, processes, and diligence to meet the revenue KPIs (ramp time and deal velocity) Ensuring our new hires get up to speed with key concepts and are able to begin applying the Revenue methodology.
Who you are:
- You are considered as the expert and SME in new hire experiences and onboarding
- A keen understanding of customer lifecycles
- A trainer at heart. Someone who like to stand and deliver as the face of enablement
- Strategic thinker who can take tactical feedback and implement it into your programs for scale
- You have the confidence and experience to engage in driving sales discipline through building the enablement strategy, plan and assets needed for delivery for sales audience
- Positive, polished, energetic, and insightful
What you'll own:
- Bootcamp experiences and delivery
- High velocity enablement programs
- Training and enablement of our value eco-system including value messaging, value selling, and any additional value based enablement
Experience you'll need:
- Possesses strong knowledge of the revenue processes
- Experience onboarding, training, and coaching
- Has experience in building enablement programs and assets with human centered design
- Presentation & Communication skills
