About the Role

G2 is growing and in need of a Go To Market Program Manager to join our expanding Sales Enablement team. This role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement, and will work closely with all the reps and leaders across the global Revenue team in AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will be the guardian of our core sales playbook for Sales and Customer Success, ensuring that every rep and leader understands our evolving product and how to execute their roles as they change and adapt.

In this role you will:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain timely initiative- and product-based enablement for all roles across the global Revenue team.
  • Translate business needs into a measurable sales training curriculum. 
  • Design, produce, and externally source training content for each program to achieve rep mastery of each product and initiative’s learning outcomes, coordinating with the broader Revenue team on what matters most.
  • Lead revenue team reps and leadership through product trainings and certifications, acting as an engaging and dynamic mentor, coach, and facilitator in live and virtual environments.
  • Collaborate with leadership across the Revenue and Marketing teams to establish a sales playbook for our products, use cases, and personas, tying all future product updates and initiatives to that core narrative.
  • Provide enablement through a global calendar of training events, virtual training packages, and informational newsletter, ensuring alignment with the Marketing and Product teams, as well as the wider Sales Enablement team.
  • Measure, analyze, and report the impact of your enablement programs via certification scores, measured behavioral impact, surveys, and engagement. 
  • Leverage your quantitative skills to interpret data and gain insights, and then translate these insights into actionable improvements.
  • Build a trusted relationship with Revenue team reps and leaders.
  • Act as a liaison between the Revenue, Marketing, and Product teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development.
  • Experience in curriculum development, training, and delivery.
  • Dynamic, engaging, and agile presenter with the power to command a room, lead colleagues to moments of self discovery, while creating a safe environment to provide insightful feedback.
  • Exceptional organizational, coordination, planning, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to be creative, test solutions, measure results and iterate on a process for continual improvement.
  • A results mindset that will motivate you to be a part of G2 meeting its revenue goals.
  • Possess strong writing abilities to present project updates to executive teams.
  • A history of building cross-functional partnership and alignment.
  • Self-directed and resourceful.

What can help your application stand out:

  • You’ve previously developed and executed a sales enablement plan in partnership with sales leadership, sales operations, and employee success teams.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and sales enablement software, specifically Lessonly or LevelJump.
  • Knowledgeable in methodologies related to sales (ex. Sandler, Challenger), leadership (ex. SLII, Conscious Leadership), or emotional intelligence (ex. Crucial Conversations).
  • Experience using technology to support planning, execution, and project management.
  • A proven track record of crafting programs that measurably increases sellers skill sets and delivering qualifiable impact on company revenue.
  • You’ve previously worked in a B2B company in the sales and marketing tech category.
