THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Revenue Enablement Program Manager will be pivotal to our team and company’s success.  You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Revenue Enablement team.  You will be a key leader in driving and implementing strategic initiatives that will set the Revenue organization up for success.  

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for creating the approach and executing on strategic enablement initiatives that ensure the Revenue organization is working in synchrony.  Specifically, you will:

  • Establish a strong, trust-based relationship with the Enablement team, Revenue leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Salesloft business and identify areas where the Enablement team can continue to build critical processes. 
  • Provide input on the holistic Enablement strategy, programs and operations.
  • Project manage and drive the development of Salesloft’s Sales Methodology,  Competencies, Coaching and further methodology roadmap
  • Create a long-term project plan to build and execute the internal Sales Motion & Customer Journey plan that includes clear timelines, tollgates and success KPIs in partnership with working teams
  • Ensure programs are properly scoped and resourced, and working team members are engaged and informed of key responsibilities.
  • Regularly track project performance and identify areas for efficiency across Enablement programs.
  • Partner with the working teams to proactively identify risks/opportunities and surface recommendations and learnings to accelerate Enablement programs
  • Manage stakeholder communications and prioritizing topics for executive engagement.

THE TEAM:

Our Salesloft’s Revenue Enablement team is comprised of seasoned Sales & Enablement professionals who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

They are professionals with experience in Sales, Sales Strategy, Sales Methodologies, Training, and Coaching.  The team shares a few common traits: they are self-motivated, self-starters, entrepreneurial, ambitious, and passionate about helping others to be successful.

THE SKILL SET:

  • 3+ years experience in an Enablement or Program/Project Management function
  • 3+ years experience in a commercial facing role (Account Executive, Account Management, Customer Success, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen, detail oriented, and obsessed with process and creating repeatable and scalable processes. 
  • Experience in learner concepts and sales methodologies (ie. MEDDICC, Value Based Selling, etc.) would be an asset
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter that can operate at both a Macro & Micro level
  • Experience building consensus, change management, and driving change in organizations
  • Confidence working closely with strong minded executives regularly
  • Ability to uncover business problems, build and align on a strategy, and then execute
  • Experience in a high-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen, exceptional presentation, facilitation skills, and communication skills
  • Disciplined, flexible, and autonomous work habits

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique 
  • Join our 3-week Sales Bootcamp, where you will learn our software and all the skills necessary to set you up for success, allowing you to make an impact in the market quickly
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-6-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team, and delve into your territory 
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Meet key partners in the Revenue organization - they will be key relationships for you throughout your deal cycle

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Understand the organization's top priority initiatives,objectives and help the working groups move towards action
  • Established an ‘Intake’ process for how cross functional partners can partner with Enablement to get in front of the Revenue organization
  • Establish a systematic approach to the different knowledge distribution channels
  • Implement a consistent sales qualification process (MEDDICC)

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Complete the implementation of MEDDICC
  • Lead the implementation of a Design Thinking methodology towards discovery
  • Lead the Sales process playbook for the end-to-end sales motion
  • Review onboarding process to decrease ramp time & increase new-hire productivity

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Implement processes that clearly drive improved outcomes for both Salesloft and our customers
  • Be recognized as an invaluable part of the Global Enablement team
