Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business/quantitative analysis, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in online advertising and/or experience with Google Advertising Products (e.g., Google Ads, Dynamic Re-marketing, Shopping, Google Marketing Platforms, Mobile).
  • Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, Google Cloud, Google Ads, or similar analytical tools.
  • Experience in building relationships at various levels.
  • Ability to understand and absorb complex technical concepts, and influence and communicate them to a non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional or internal teams, along with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent strategy, problem-solving, structuring, and analysis skills, with high-attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage quarterly sales planning process and execute new and ongoing initiatives for the Recommended Opportunities program.
  • Drive strategic projects to grow and improve both the quality and velocity of the Recommended Opportunities program.
  • Be an expert on the needs of the front-line and use the insights to shape program priorities, and drive change management across Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams globally.
  • Create and maintain cross-functional alignment through regular stakeholder engagement, robust analysis (backed by data), and influencing skills.
  • Monitor Recommended Opportunities program performance through input and output metrics, and report program health regularly to Sellside Leadership.
