Join the dynamic Refurbished Products Operations team. Proficiency in various types of analysis (both operational and financial), identifying and solving root cause issues for problem solving and ad hoc reporting Refurbishment requirements

Experience in the following fields: New Product Introduction / Manufacturing Operations / Logistics Operations / SAP / Finance

Capacity to various data (Excel) to support data management output

Ability to self-manage and work independently in a unique and fast paced environment with dynamic requirements and priorities

Drive enhancements and innovation for continuous improvement

Hands-on financial experience performing forecasting, reporting, auditing and analysis.

Description
Specific responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

You are primarily responsible for the AMR Refurbishment region by performing the financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the Refurbishment Operation but will also act as the lead sight to support the other regions, APAC and EMEA. Previous operations finance experience is strongly preferred.

- Act as a facilitator with the Regional Refurbishment teams to initiate and manage the quarterly purchase requisitions plan to ensure Purchase Orders are in place at the start of each quarter

- Manage the AMR Refurbishment claims and invoices management end to end

- Act as liaison to the Refurbishment OEMs and be responsible for auditing, reconciling issues that arise relating to inventory, scrap, cost, and discrepancy deductions associated to their accounts

- Work closely with AMR Finance to accurately forecast and support the quarterly financial close

- Actively manage the B-Stock Refurbishment AOI program at the OEM and all associated inventory SAP transactions and reconciliation. Partner with SDM Planning to manage the sales related activities

- Interact with all levels and departments such as Finance, SDM, Logistics, and Engineering, etc.

- Support RMA Operations as required

- Support and drive project and other activities as required by Refurbishment team

Education & Experience• BS or MS degree in Engineering• MBA preferred
