We’re looking for a Recruiting Project Specialist to join the growing Operations team supporting Sales hiring efforts. Recruiting Operations & Programs is the foundation of the Recruiting team, responsible for all things related to tools, reporting, process, project/program management, and enablement. You will be a key partner alongside recruiting team members, leaders and interviewers in the design and iteration of strategies and programs that directly impact hiring success and candidate experience. Our goal is to make hiring scalable, simpler, more pleasant, and more productive and Recruiting’s project work is critical to the team’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple strategic projects and programs of varying scale and complexity to support objectives
- Assist team members in up-leveling their data aptitude & self-sufficiency as the in-house expert
- Help manage and scale our recruiting systems and tools to maximize workflow efficiency, while enhancing the candidate and internal stakeholder experience
- Proactively communicate to all stakeholders/project team members by developing effective and timely communication approaches that include actively keeping others informed, sending agenda/recap and reporting emails, conducting training sessions as appropriate
- Design, build, implement and scale processes that enable efficiencies across the recruiting team.
- Lead training and initiatives for Recruiting processes and programs (ex. Offer processes, compensation training, interviewing programs, and recruiter training) in partnership with talent acquisition leadership
- Partner closely with recruiting leadership to streamline processes, identify and resolve operational roadblocks, and promote best practices for using our ATS and tracking the most accurate recruiting data
Experience:
- 3+ years experience scoping, leading and delivering projects as a program or project manager, consultant, or in a similar role
- Experience partnering with, and influencing, senior leadership and cross-functional partners Have a process-oriented mentality
- Understand the impact internal systems have on team workflows
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in bring projects and programs to market
- Organized and process-oriented, with consistent high attention to detail
- Prior experience building reports or dashboards in Excel and/or Google Sheets
