Recruiting Manager - Global Early in Career

About the Role:
The Recruiting Manager - Global Early in Career will grow our global early in career programs including: Campus, Interns, Bootcamps, Accelerators, Rotation Development Programs. You will report to the Sr Mgr, Recruiting. This role can either be performed in-person in Seattle or remote from within the United States. Current employee count of ~1,800 concentrated in the Philippines, Nicaragua, United States, Ireland, England and Poland.
You Will:
- This is a great opportunity to architect global Early in Career programs.
- One of your first priorities is assessing the current state and then leading the agreement of a future state roadmap.
- Align stakeholders and then operationalize globally: University Recruiting and Rotation Programs.
- Lead global training for HR, Recruiting, and Hiring Managers to establish a mutual understanding regarding Early in Career.
- Additional projects to help our business to grow globally.
You Have:
- You are regarded by your peers as an expert in Campus Recruiting or Rotation Programs and have demonstrated expertise as a change champion for global Early in Career programs.
- You are energized by listening to Hiring Leaders, leading them to establish best practices, and inspiring a shared vision.
- You have 8+ years related experience; which includes leading University Recruiting, Rotation Programs or other related experience.
