We’re looking for a Workplace Services Program Manager III to join the Places team!
What you’ll do:
Responsible for developing, implementing, managing programs, and processes that focus on improved ways of working to maximize space utilization, support long-term growth in alignment with the company's culture.
Focus on people, building trust and relationships, and applying thoughtful and effective communication when executing or introducing new business processes, systems, and technology.
Keep excellent balance of partner, organizational, change management, presentation, process building and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate cross-functionally at all levels of the business.
Oversee Workplace operations, processes and change management globally.
Provide program strategic direction for all workplace related playbooks and tools, including operations, occupancy planning, parking and meal perks, communications and training. Ensuring continuous improvement efforts and parity across offices are achieved.
Develop, implement, and manage a program for alternative ways of working.
Lead organizational change including creation of program level communication, change plans and frameworks.
Promote program strategy to all levels of the company; conduct training, attend meetings, and maintain workplace informational content.
Implement tools and develop metrics and benchmarking in partnership internal partners to measure and analyze utilization data.
Collaborate with WPS Regional Managers, ITDE, HRIS, Security and Construction Project teams to support effective delivery of projects and address future design guidelines for new space in alignment with strategy.
Work closely with the Director of Global WPS and broader People Operations team to understand site specific growth, lease timings, and overall ability to transition to alternative working.
Lead other programs and special projects, as required, in support of WPS objectives
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Background in workplace operations / strategy
Strong understanding of occupancy planning / space utilization and tools.
Capacity to work well under pressure with ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
Effectively build relationships and connect with senior leaders across the organization Ability to work with flexible schedules to accommodate global time zones
Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations
Confident advocate of new and innovative idea
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, facility/property management, or related field, or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of relevant work experience with a focus on supporting a hyper growth organization on a Workplace and Real Estate team in strategic planning, change management, operations and/or program management or related field
