Quality Program Manager

Chewy is hiring a Program Manager of Fulfillment Center Customer Experience to support our North American fulfillment center network. This position will be the owner of processes and FC execution for customer facing defect mitigation and internal product damage performance. What you'll do:
- Lead projects associated with customer concession rates and product damage rates at a network level to drive step level improvements in customer experience
- Participates in the development and implementation of new cost and process initiatives across multiple locations
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while keeping all stakeholders up to date on findings/results
- Manage scope of work, inputs, assumptions, and validation of all cost and defect reduction projects.
- Analyze current process outputs to determine correlation/causation factors that should be considered for improvement.
- Benchmark best practices and emerging trends to make recommendations on packaging and storage solutions
What you'll need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading large scale cross functional projects.
- Minimum of 2 years Lean and/or Six Sigma Experience, black belt a plus
- Proven track record in creating and delivering programs successfully across multiple locations with measurable results in fast paced environments.
- Requires good quantitative and analytical skills; this role caters to someone that loves to solve difficult and complex problems
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts internal and external to the company
- Experienced in MS Office applications and SQL and Tableau experience is a plus
- Ability to work in both a team environment or independently, and comfortable handling some ambiguity.
- Able to meet tight deadlines while supporting various projects
- Able to communicate clearly and boil down complex topics into clear problem definitions with data-driven recommendations that drive company-wide decisions. This role should be able to easily communicate to a variety of decision makers at all levels from our associates working on projects and executing product moves up to VPs deciding on large scale projects, and investments.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and translate business needs into strategic initiatives and drive them to successful outcomes
- Ability to be flexible to business needs and adjust/compromise plans as needed
- Position may require travel
