Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage multiple customer deployments simultaneously, juggling activities and priorities accordingly
- Provide revenue-related projections on an ongoing basis based on varying degrees of completion of the deployments
- Facilitate decision making with customer stakeholders, balancing the needs of different constituencies and facilitating consensus in the customer's organization
- Identify, prioritize, mitigate, manage and resolve project issues, constraints, dependencies and risks in conjunction with the customer
- Define and manage critical success factors in conjunction with the customer
- Communicate ongoing status and issues to the customer and escalate critical conditions to internal Dell SecureWorks management
- Create and manage overall project plans for customer deployments
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, meetings, and other related project activities
- Proactively ensure successful completion of all owned implementation related projects
- Be a champion and key contributor for the continuous improvement of PM best practices, using innovative ideas to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the Deployment team
- Seek out continuous education around the technical and procedural components of the various MSS services in order to better serve the customer and guide them through the deployment
- Mentor and maintain a training curriculum for effective and efficient on-boarding of new colleagues
- Exemplify excellent Customer service delivery by ensuring all Customer needs are being addressed and regular communication and feedback is occurring
- Support SecureWorks sales, contracts and billing, and Secure Operation Center (SOC) teams by completing project, service, and process related requests
- Create and activate a plan with customers that results in BOTH business value outcomes and team behavior if the customers are not achieving key objectives/goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize customer feedback and offer informed opinions on potential solutions and enhancements.
Additional Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements :
- PMP or PMI certified
- Min. Bachelor's degree from 4-year college/university
- 5 years+ project management experience
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project skills
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to learn the defined implementation process and execute accordingly
- Ability to manage time and balance priorities in order to progress through concurrent projects
- Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
- Possesses a vested interest in the success of assigned projects
- Strong familiarity with project planning concepts
- High-level proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project
- Easily adapt to various applications and tools utilized by the Deployment team
